New Patient

We welcome new patients to Auburn Road Medical Centre.

We are open 6 days a week and offer high-quality and comprehensive health care to all age groups in our community.

This includes preventive health care, antenatal care and paediatrics (including childhood immunisation), women’s health, family planning, men’s health, travel health, minor surgical procedures and chronic disease management, mental health and counselling.

We are an accredited travel immunisation centre, and we can provide you with all the vaccinations you may need for overseas travel, including Yellow Fever.

New Patient Notice

Identification & Payment Required

All new patients must present one of them:

  • a Valid Medicare Card, OR
  • An approved Photo ID (Passport, Driver Licence, or equivalent), OR
  • Pay the consultation fee in advance

If You Can't Provide the Above

  • The doctor will only consult in a genuine medical emergency
  • Care will be strictly limited to emergency treatment and essential medication
  • No non-urgent or ongoing medical services will be provided

Please dial 000 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department if you have chest pains, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, constant vomiting, serious breathing problems, or anything else you deem as life or limb threatening.
